We will hold a trial walk of Trailwalker 2012 on December 18th (Sunday).
Let’s walk together from Shiroyama Track & Field (Start Point) to Hakone Ashinoyu Flower Center
(via Amidaji)

Total distance to walk will be approx 18 kilometers.

○Date and Time: Sunday, 18th December, from 9:00 to around 16:30
○Meeting Place: Please gather by 8:45 at the gate of Shiroyama Track & Field.

○Course: Shiroyama Track & Field〜Amidaji（Check Point 1）
〜Hakone Ashinoyu Flower Center（Check Point 2）
○Who can join?: Those who are thinking to participate in the Trailwalker Japan 2012
and those who have already applied.
○Fee: Free (Transportation expenses are at your own expense)
○To be canceld in case of heavy rain.
○What to bring:
・Route map of Start-CP1-CP2（Can be downloaded from here）
・Lunch
・Rain wear for hiking (also useful for cold weather)
・Boots for hiking
・Nutritional supplement
・Backpack
・Sunglasses, cap or hat
・Mobile phone (with spare battery)
・Watch
・Compass
・First aid kit（including insect repellent spray and suntan lotion）
・Water (Bottle)

○Note:
・Toilet is available only at Ashinoyu Flower Center on the course. Therefore please use toilet at Odawara Station beforehand. (Toilet will be prepared at some places on the course by May 11th,2012)
・Oxfam Japan Staff will hike with participants, however please act on your own responsibility.
・At the end of hiking, we will use a local bus from Ashinoyu to Odawara Station.
